Our drivers are professionals with multiple years of experience transporting injured accident victims. Additionally, drivers at Rapid City Transportation have received CPR and Sensitivity Training, and assist passengers door to door as required. All of our vans, sedans and wheelchair accessible vans are comfortable late model vehicles that are fully insured and regularly maintained.

All trips are flat rated in order to ensure price consistency. We bill directly to the insurer, thereby eliminating cash transactions. Rapid City Transportation is committed to eliminating insurance fraud and we only transport insured clients to authorized destinations as approved by the insurance adjuster. Additionally, wheelchair accessible transportation is available for people with more serious injuries.
